MagFlux 7100

MagFlux 7100 sensor is manufactured with PTFE Liner.
The PTFE liner has a low degree of friction, and is chemicals resistant and suitable for high media temperatures.

The MagFlux 7100 sensor series is delivered with EN, AS, ANSI, AWWA flanges and standard ISO built-in length.

The PTFE lining of MagFlux 7100 is working well also with the rugged elements of the waste water and for very corrosive chemicals.

Also in application with high media temperature, the MagFlux 7100 is suitable, especially with a remote mounted converter and display.

The output from the converter is RS485, and the converter can be wall mounted up to 1000m from the sensor, this is very common in larger waste water pumping facilities.
One MagFlux Display can handle 4 converters and sensors.


Magflux is also widely used on the network from the drinking water facility to the end-users. MagFLux are NIST certified, this means the flow meter can be used to invoicing water deliveries for clients – or in between waterworks.
When 2 waterworks are exchanging water, it comes handy that one MagFlux can calculate flow in both directions; this means that a net figure can be counted easily.
The Sensor can work in moist environments, if you want the converter nearby, this can be IP68 secured, or you can have a wall mounted converter and display cable connected up to 1000m.
The sensor is constructed with 3 electrodes, and a 3-point calibration, which provides an excellent precision of only +/- 0,25% and measuring as low as 0,2 m/s.
In many countries the MagFlux are used to identify leaks in the pipes by logging the night flow, you can see the diversions in the consumption, and estimate if there are leaks in the system.
One MagFlux Display can handle 4 converters and sensors.

Measuring inlet and outlet water, or waste water for sludge tanks.
Provides exact measurements of the water going into the tanks or outlet water when the water leaves in filled piping system

NIST certification allows the counted volumes can be used for documentation or invoicing, consider this way of doing exact measuring the wastewater on a well boat – avoid corrosion by using hastelloy electrodes for sea water

For high temperature applications, highly corrosive or water added chemicals, the 7100 lining PTFE is recommended.

The Electrodes can be delivered in stainless Steel, Hasteloy, titanium or platinum, which provides a broad range of application.

In application where the sensor is installed closely, the MagFlux Display can handle up to 4 converters and sensors in a local network.

The MagFlux MID certification allows the totalizers to be used for documentation or invoicing or billing purpose.

THE WARRANTY CAN BE EXTENDED BY UP TO FIVE YEARS.

The separate up to five years additional warranty contract must be ordered upon ordering of your MJK product.
