Expert 7060D

Many sewer stormflow construction sites are monitored to provide alarms in case of overflow. Expert 7060D with Chatter datalogger can calculate the amount of the stormflow, calculated in a running timeframe.

Trustworthy measurement delivered digital as well as analog output. The transmitter is designed for long lifetime in the harsh environments that sewage water offers. Many Chatter and Expert installations will work for years without the need of manual service.

Expert is providing long term stable measurement, the precision will vary with only 0,25% per year. The cable is flexible and bendable, but hold a pull strength of 1000kg.
Expert can be recalibrated remotely, due to the ModBus protocol.
Designed is without sharp edges, preventing particles and elements from the sewage water to settle on the house or membrane.

Expert 7060D is designed by MJK for the waste water industry.
The Expert 7060D provides output as Modbus RS485, and is often used connected to the well-known MJK Chatter data logger.
The extremely rugged constructed body design and the built-in atmospherical air pressure compensation provide stable and trustworthy piezo resistive measurements in waste water wells, water reservoirs and entire water treatment plants worldwide.
Not only does Expert 7060D provide exact and stable measurement, but the construction ensures a long lifetime, low service requirements equals low running cost.
The built-in Modbus communication allows the sensors to be connected to a network communicating directly to the front end interface. This reduces the investments compared to conventional signal installations and prevents loss or inaccuracy from converting the measured values from a digital to an analog signal and back.
Even in environments containing a high degree of solids, the Expert can be retrieved from the submerged state due to the steel shielded PUR insulated cable that holds a tensile strength of 1000 kg.
7060D is equipped with temperature measurement that allows the user to keep track of both level and water temperature.

The Modbus output signal, allows the sensor to be directly connected to e.g. the MJK Chatter, provides extreme high precision on the measured values, and by the low power consumption, providing a long battery life time of the data logger.

Land based fish tanks need a trustworthy level measurement. The Expert 7060D with piezo resistive sensor provides exact level measurement based on hydrostatic pressure.
The extremely rugged constructed body design and the built-in atmospherically air pressure compensation provide stable and trustworthy piezo resistive measurements in wells, reservoirs and fish tanks.
Output is delivered as Modbus signal, this allows the control of pumps to avoid overflow of the tanks. In the micro screens (drum filters) the Expert can provide the necessary signal to start the filter process.
The sensor can be individually calibrated and programmed for specific measuring range, very easy and on-site.

THE WARRANTY CAN BE EXTENDED BY UP TO FIVE YEARS.

The separate up to five years additional warranty contract must be ordered upon ordering of your MJK product.
