Expert™ 7060D level transmitter

The MJK Expert™ 7060D was developed for the wastewater industry, and is a digital variant of the 7060. Expert™ 7060D delivers output as a ModBus RS485 signal, and is often used with MJK Chatter™ Data Logger.

The level transmitter is very robustly designed with a built-in pressure equalization hose that ensures stable and accurate piezoresistive measurements in wastewater wells, tanks and reservoirs. Therefore, the Expert™ 7060D is typically used for overflow detection and nature monitoring.

The level transmitter ensures the quality of the data you retrieve. Furthermore, the running costs are kept down since the design ensures long life-span with very little need for manual maintenance.

The built-in ModBus makes it easy for the transmitter to communicate in networks and to front-end interfaces. This reduces investment in additional equipment and risks of errors when converting digital signal to analog and back again.

Even after long immersion in environments with a high degree of sludge and particles, the Expert™ 7060D can be pulled up using the cable, which has a breaking strength of 1000kg.

Expert™ 7060D measures both level and temperature, and you can read and log both.

Land-based fish tanks need reliable level measurements. Expert™ 7060D with a piezoresistive sensor provides a reliable measurement based on the hydrostatic pressure in the tank.

The robust construction and the built-in pressure equalization hose provide stable measurements from wells, reservoirs and fish tanks. The sensor can be calibrated individually on-site to both a specific measuring range and zero point.

Measured data is delivered as a ModBus signal, and can be connected directly to a pump control to avoid overflow in the tanks. In micro-screen filters (drum filters), the Expert™ 7060D can be used to provide a signal to start the filter emptying process.
